To manage increased demand and to manage patients safely in a necessarily distanced way, we have had to limit the number of daily appointments so that we can accommodate more potential urgent patients. We will be conducting as many appointments over the phone as possible so that we can to limit face to face contact and reduce the risk of cross infection, although we realise that some patients will still need to be seen including for blood tests, regular vaccinations and other health checks. We use digital imaging where possible to keep physical contact with the surgery to a minimum. If there is uncertainty regarding current infection, you will be asked to use the side fire-escape and upstairs waiting room. All older children and adults are asked to wear a mask.
