Please be advised that not all work that GPs are asked to do is paid for by the NHS, therefore there may be instances when we will need to charge you a fee. You can find more information about this on the British Medical Association (BMA) website here.

Private Medical Fees_April 2021
To make a ‘private work request’ please download, print and complete part 1 of this form ‘Private Work Request Form’. This form is also available from reception if you do not have access to a printer.
You will need to bring this form into reception who will advise the cost. Payment will be taken prior to completion of any work. We ask for at least 1 week to complete private work requests.
