Under an NHS initiative for General Practice in England, practices are forming local clusters to promote local services. This will include an increased number of support staff and sharing of ideas and resources. Thornbury will belong to the Severnvale Primary Care Network (PCN) which includes The Thornbury Health Center practices, St Mary Street Surgery, Almondsbury and Pilning surgeries. Staff we hope to appoint in the near future to be shared across participating practices include a Social Prescriber anda support Pharmacist.
